We finally made it to church! Franzi and me really had trouble finding it, and so we asked that old lady if she can give us directions.after getting us totally confused she wanted to kno where we're going - we were wearing nice skirts and our hair was done, u dont get to see that alot on sundays in germany. i showed her the card with the adress and told her that it was the church of latter day saints. oooh my gooosh. she gave us the creepiest look like she was gonna run away and then she was wondering why we were wearing skirts because she had heard that mormons are not allowed to show ANY skin ANYWHERE so they always go to church in big turtle-necks. hahahaha. okay whatever. we had to ask a couple times again before we finally found the church. it kinda looked like the bel aire ward. and there was a german , and a english one. we went in the englisch one. and they were watching gerneral conference. it was really cool just to see all the people again talking about church in english. sometimes i caught myself thinkin i was in kansas, looking around for kristin and derek or just wondering why it was so quiet -> brock always made sacrament so much more fun! haha Its too bad we didnt get to talk to anyone, just the missionaires. fun day tho.
